The whole process of email correspondence was a waste of time. It appeared as if they were unwilling to offer a full refund unless I persisted in requesting one. While it's possible that the product didn't work for my phone due to its inherent issue, the gradual increase in the refund amount during each communication from the customer service seemed odd, without any clear explanation on where the numbers 30%, 60%, and 70% came from. However, they did not provide a straightforward answer when I asked why a full refund was not possible.
